Beach Portrait Sessions

Updated: Sep 3, 2020

As a mother to two kids - 6 and 9 - and a photographer to so many, I am here to tell you that dreading a family session and putting it off for years is basically cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Don't get me wrong - your kids will misbehave, your spouse might complain the entire time to the session - those things are often absolutes - but WHO CARES! Seriously who cares about any of that? My husband doesn't stop watching hockey, baseball, basketball or any other boring sporting event with me in tow. I can tell you this, your spouse will behave once they arrive, your kids won't, but your spouse will. But, again who cares - I'm not amazing at all things but making your child have fun and be photographed beautifully is high up on my 'I'm amazing at this list'. Other things I"m awesome at are - whispering hilarious poop jokes, telling your spouse to think of something inappropriate WHICH ALWAYS MAKES THEM LAUGH - always, and playing foosball.

In an effort to make things a tad easier I've set up mornings and end of day sessions - 30 in total, and once they are gone they are gone.
