I not so jokingly call it a photo insurance policy. We know that photos age - resolution is annoying and many of you reading this have, what feels like an insurmountable mountain to climb when it comes to your digital photos. Included in the purchase is our help in choosing the best photo, trouble shooting how to track down the photos, editing or restoring them and finally printing them.

What if I have a combination of print and digital photos?
No problem. Once you place your order we will send you an envelope for your photos. Simply place them in our stamped envelope and send it back to us. If you aren’t keen on sending your precious photos in the mail - you can drop it off to our office downtown during regular business hours.
Why is it one price?
The cost of printing in bulk is minimal. The real hard costs is importing these books from the UK and our staff time in managing the process for you.
What is included in my purchase?
The physical book, photos that we edit, sometimes restore if needed - all put together for you to build upon year after year.
What happens after I purchase a book?
We send you an email detailing how to send us your photos. In most cases we expect that people will have difficulty finding them or selecting a good one. Consider us your photo selecting coach - we will help you choose the best one.
What if I didn’t purchase a photo from my kids school each year?
No problem. We will help you choose the best one from your camera roll, that old harddrive you forgot about or even facebook and instagram.
If you photographed my kids in the past can you include those photos?
Absolutely. Once you purchase your book we will send you a note letting you know how many years of images we have, give you a link to select your favorites and then include it in your book.
What happens next year? Do you send me another print?
YES. Until your child finishes school we will provide this service. In September we will reach out to you and repeat the process.
Will additional years be for a fee?
Yes. The cost will change based on the market. You will incur shipping costs and the price of an image. For now, the cost is $9.99 plus shipping which is calculated at the time of sending. At present a 4x6 costs approximately $2.00 to ship.
